2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Listings & content

You warrant that any content you submit is accurate, lawful, non-infringing and that you have the right to publish it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and promote your listing on the Site and associated channels. We may remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans (Listing Pro, Premium and Local Deals tiers) are billed via Stripe in GBP and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable VAT where shown. You can cancel or manage billing at any time from your dashboard.

6. Refunds & cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers have a 14-day right to cancel digital services. By starting a paid subscription you agree that services begin immediately and you waive the cooling-off period once your listing goes live. Business customers are not entitled to statutory cooling-off but may cancel future renewals at any time. Contact us for refund queries.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Site, upload malware, scrape data, impersonate others, or use it for unlawful, misleading or discriminatory purposes.

8. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, logos and code are owned by EZ Holdings Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Disclaimer

The Site is a directory and discovery platform. Listings, reviews and third-party information are provided by the businesses or users concerned. We do not verify every claim and do not endorse, guarantee or accept responsibility for the products, services, availability, quality or conduct of any listed business, advertiser or third-party website linked from the Site.

"Verified" badges indicate we have completed a basic identity check only and are not a warranty of quality or performance. Any dealings between you and a listed business are solely between you and that business. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZ Holdings Ltd excludes all liability for loss or damage arising from reliance on listings or content published on the Site.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law. Subject to that, our aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

11. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
