What is the free Tapmate plate?: Pro listings include a free Google Review Plate and Premium listings include a free Multi-Link NFC Plate. Customers simply tap the plate with their phone to leave a review or visit your links — no app needed.
When will my Tapmate plate arrive?: Your free plate is emailed to the address on your account within 48 hours of your first paid payment.
Can I cancel or change plans?: Yes, on monthly plans: upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from your dashboard, with changes taking effect on your next billing date. Yearly plans run for the full 12 months and can't be cancelled once paid.
How does billing work?: Paid plans are billed monthly in GBP. You'll receive a receipt by email after each payment.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?: You can cancel your paid plan at any time from your dashboard and you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We don't tie you into long-term contracts. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have not used your free Tapmate plate, contact us at info@bedfordshirebusiness.co.uk and we'll issue a full refund. Refunds are not available for subsequent billing periods once a new month has started.
Is the Basic listing really free forever?: Yes. Basic is a permanent listing — name, map pin, category and reviews — with no trial period and no card required. You can stay on Basic as long as you like.
Can I pay yearly, and can I cancel?: Yes. Pro and Premium can be paid monthly or yearly — yearly costs the same as 10 months (£190 or £390). Monthly plans can be cancelled any time from your dashboard, and your listing stays live on Basic when the paid month ends. Yearly plans are paid up front and run for the full 12 months — they can't be cancelled or refunded once paid.
