- Your free plate is emailed to the address on your account within 48 hours of your first paid payment.
- Can I cancel or change plans?
- Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing date.
- How does billing work?
- Paid plans are billed monthly in GBP. You'll receive a receipt by email after each payment.
- What is your cancellation and refund policy?
- You can cancel your paid plan at any time from your dashboard and you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We don't tie you into long-term contracts. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have not used your free Tapmate plate, contact us at info@bedfordshirebusiness.co.uk and we'll issue a full refund. Refunds are not available for subsequent billing periods once a new month has started.
